Oversees the business of Viva Downtown Redding as a vibrant service organization. This group keeps the community informed and connected through Viva's website and print information. In this, and other ways, the Organization Committee helps to recruit and recognize volunteers and hosts the annual "State of Downtown" at the historic Cascade Theater each year. Viva Downtown's 2009 State of Downtown event was held on April 30
The Group meets the second Monday of each month at U.S. Bank on Pine Street in Downtown Redding
