Viva Downtown is a National Main Street Organization, designated by the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the State of California, Office of Historic Preservation.
The Main Street approach encourages citizens, businesses and interested groups to enhance the vitality of their downtown communities using the structure of four committees: Design; Economic Restructuring; Organization; and Promotion.
